Manage appointments

In your Slingwise dashboard you will be able to reschedule, cancel or dismiss bookings. Distinguish insincere advice fishing clients from profitable new customers. Connect your Slingwise appointments with your Google or Apple agenda.

Sales and purchasing invoices

After advice has been purchased from you, Slingwise will automatically generate a purchase invoice for your customer and a sales invoice for you. All your invoices can be found in your dashboard.

Package advisory hours

Enable your customers to purchase a set of package advice hours (with or without discount) in your advicestore. For example pay 3 advice hours, get 4. For more info click FAQ.

Advice subscriptions (monthly advice retainer)

Chat with your customers

Offer your customers to book you for a chat session. In your dashboard you can (on appointment) chat with your customers for free or at your hourly rate. All the chats with your customers are kept and archived.

Productize your advice.

Describe fixed advice packages such as “I will write your general terms of max 4 pages, including 2 hour live video consult and hour office visit for $ 750” and start selling productized advice on your website.

Launch

Launch your advicestore in our Slingwise booking page overview. Reach out to new customers looking for your consult. Inform your audience about you book for advice availability

Seamless payments and invoicing

The advice your provide can (if applicable) be paid for with all common online payment methods available. Slingwise will automatically generate a purchase invoice for your customer and sales invoice for you.

Integrated live video consult

After each live video session, you and your customer can rewatch recorded live consults. During each live video consult, a clock will indicate how much (paid) initial booked advice time is left.

Calculation of the final amount for paid advice

After your consult with your customer, the total time spent is deducted from your customer’s initial booked and paid timeslot.

The remaining outstanding balance is charged, by our payment service provider Stripe, in the same manner as your customer’s initial booked timeslot.
