Slingwise is a pioneering e-commerce platform designed specifically for sales and paid advisors.
It empowers advisors to market and sell their products or services online. Clients can book both paid and free discovery calls via the Slingwise marketplace or directly through the advisor’s own website, thanks to our seamless SaaS integration.
In addition, Slingwise supports the sale of productized advice services, helping advisors scale their expertise efficiently.

Step 1: Register and Set Up Your Business Account
Begin by registering your business and completing your profile with key information, such as a description of your company. If applicable, you can also invite coworkers to join Slingwise and collaborate under one business account.
Step 2: Create Your Advice Store(s)
Set up one or more Advice Stores by adding information that helps potential clients understand who you are and what you offer.
Within each store, you can specify whether you provide free discovery calls or paid advice. You can also indicate your availability for Slingwise-integrated live video consultations, chat, in-person office or home visits, or phone calls.
Your Advice Store(s) can be branded under your company name only, or under both your name (or your sales advisor's name) and your company.
For paid advice services, you can set your hourly rate, define the minimum booking time, and offer introductory advice vouchers to attract new clients.
Step 3: Integrate and Launch
Integrate your Advice Store(s) into your website to introduce yourself and your team, and begin offering visitors real-time sales support or expert advice.
Optionally, you can also launch your Advice Store in the Slingwise marketplace to expand your reach and attract new clients.
Once a customer books one of your available time slots—and completes payment, if applicable—that time will automatically be blocked in your Slingwise calendar. You will receive an email notification confirming the new booking.
You can view the details of an advice booking in your Slingwise dashboard.
After your consultation, you can log the total time spent on paid advice in your dashboard under “Booked Advice.” The recorded time will then be automatically deducted from the customer’s originally booked and paid time slot.
If the session exceeds the allocated duration, the additional time will be billed by our payment provider, Stripe, using the same payment method as the original booking.
You also have the flexibility to decide, per client, whether payment is required before or after the advice is delivered.
Currently, once a live video consultation is booked, you can organize the session via Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
In the near future, Slingwise will offer its own integrated live video solution.
In your Slingwise dashboard, you can manage all your account settings and monitor your performance.
If you manage the main Slingwise account, log in and navigate to the Earnings section to view your revenue per Advice Store over a selected period. From there, you can also request your payout.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a booking at any time. Simply log in to your Slingwise dashboard and select the relevant booking. There, you'll find options to access the rescheduling calendar or cancel the appointment.
If you and your customer have agreed on a new date and time, you can reschedule the appointment directly.
If a new time hasn’t been agreed upon, click "Request Customer to Reschedule" to prompt them to choose a new slot.
To cancel the appointment entirely, click the "Cancel" button.

To manage subscriptions, log in and click on “My Advice Stores.” There, you’ll find options to select a subscription plan for each store—based on whether you offer paid advice or free sales consultations.

To invite coworkers or freelancers, log in and click on “Coworkers.” From there, you can send email invitations to individuals you’d like to have join your main account and start their own Advice Store under your organization.
In your Slingwise dashboard, you can manage all your account settings and monitor overall performance.
Click on “My Advice Stores” to view all active stores associated with your Slingwise account—including those of your coworkers or freelancers.
If you are the main account holder, you also have the ability to log in as a coworker or freelancer. This allows you to manage their bookings, update their Advice Store details, or take a store offline when needed.
In your Slingwise dashboard, you can manage all settings and track your performance.
To access your session history, log in and click on “Bookings.” There, you'll find your recorded live video consultations available for replay.
Screenshots captured during each live session are automatically displayed within the session overview. You can add written notes to each screenshot and send them directly to your customer’s dashboard as a follow-up or for additional guidance.
Your clients will be able to add credit for future paid advice by purchasing advice subscriptions, hour packages, direct bookings, and more.
All delivered paid advice will be automatically deducted from their available credit balance.
